NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The sole sponsor/promotor of the Sweepstakes (defined below) is Elusive Hunters, LLC ("Elusive" or "Sponsor" or "Promoter").
PARTICIPANTS IN THE SWEEPSTAKES (DEFINED BELOW) MUST REGISTER AND MAINTAIN AN ACCOUNT WITH SPONSOR AND ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS"), WHICH IN TURN INCORPORATE AND APPLY TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THESE OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN AND CONTROL THE SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY SPONSOR AND ARE CONSIDERED TO BE PART OF THE TERMS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE RULES INCORPORATE SECTION 17 OF THE TERMS, WHICH INCLUDE MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS. ANY CAPITALIZED TERMS NOT EXPRESSLY DEFINED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE THE MEANING SET FORTH IN THE TERMS.
1. Sponsor/Promoter
Elusive Hunters, LLC, 3225 McLeod Dr, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89121, USA, is the Sponsor/Promoter of the Sweepstakes.
Apple and Google are not sponsors of, responsible for conducting, or involved with the Sweepstakes in any manner.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Rhode Island, New Jersey, California, and Tennessee, and where otherwise prohibited) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize: officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or of any other parties involved in the operation of the Sweepstakes (Sponsor, collectively with the foregoing, the "Sweepstakes Parties") and each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and the "steps" of each) and all persons living in the same household of each.
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants ("Entrants" or "Participants") agree to be bound by these official rules ("Official Rules") and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Official Rules. If a Participant is, in the Sponsor/Promoter's best judgment, determined to have participated in unethical behavior, the Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to limit or exclude the Participant from the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides.
3. Overview
Sponsor gives away sweepstakes entries referred to as "Sweepstakes Coins" as set out in these Official Rules. Sweepstakes Coins can only be used to play sweepstakes games for a chance to accumulate eligible Sweepstakes Coins that can be redeemed for cash and prizes ("Prize") subject to the terms of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes Coins cannot be purchased under any circumstances.
4. Sweepstakes Entry Period
The Sweepstakes is ongoing and continuous. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning virtual coins will vary for each Game and will be published by the Sponsor and visible to all Participants on the Platform.
All Games available on the Platform utilize Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology as set forth and certified by the applicable third-party Game Providers. The outcome of each Game is determined solely by the RNG system implemented and controlled by the Game Provider. Sponsor does not influence, manipulate, alter, control, or change the odds, payout percentages, or outcomes of any Game. All results are generated through complex random processes in accordance with the Game Provider's certified systems.
Sponsor reserves the right to change the Prize win rates and payout odds of any of the Games at any time. A Participant can obtain the actual and any amended details of any Game at the point of entering an amount to play in the Game. It is a Participant's responsibility to check the Prize available on each occasion before participating.
6. How to Collect Sweepstakes Coins
To participate, you must have an active User Account. If you do not have a User Account, you may create one free of charge at https://app.playslotsmobile.com/create-account (the "Site"). To enter the Sweepstakes, a Participant must access the Site and sign into their User Account.
Once a Participant has accessed the Site, there are several potential ways for an eligible Participant to collect Sweepstakes Coins:

A. Receive Sweepstakes Coins as a Free Bonus When Purchasing Gold Coins: You may receive Sweepstakes Coins as a bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked packs of Gold Coins. Gold Coins can be used for premium play on the Platform. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for Prizes. The number of Sweepstakes Coins a Participant will receive as a bonus for each relevant Gold Coin purchase will be identified on the Platform. All purchases of Gold Coins are final and no refunds will be given.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Mail-In Entry: An Authorized Account Holder may obtain Sweepstakes Coins without making a purchase by completing the Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE") as outlined below. Strict compliance with all instructions is required. Failure to follow any requirement will result in the entry being void.
- a. Prior to mailing, the Participant must generate a valid 12-digit AMOE Code through the Participant's Elusive Player account by (i) logging into the account, (ii) clicking "AMOE" from the left menu, and (iii) selecting "Request AMOE Code." The AMOE Code is unique, may only be used once, and may be requested no more than once per twenty-four (24) hour period. Any mail-in entry submitted without a valid AMOE Code, with an expired code, or with a code belonging to another account will be void.

b. The Participant must address and deliver a standard, white, unfolded, unlined #10 envelope, from the same U.S. state as the Participant's verified residential address, via standard USPS mail only, to the following address:

The Participant must include their verified residential return address in the top left corner of the envelope. Only one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope is permitted. Multiple entries in a single envelope will void all entries contained therein. Certified mail, priority mail, overnight delivery, bulk mail, courier services, or postage-due mail will not be accepted.

c. The Participant must include the following information on a standard, white, one-sided, unfolded, unlined 4" x 6" index card, handwritten in ink, in the same order as follows:
- i. the Participant's 12-digit AMOE Code;
- ii. "Apollo Sweepstakes";
- iii. the Participant's full legal name as shown on the Participant's government-issued identification and Player account;
- iv. the email address registered to the Participant's Elusive account;
- v. the username registered to the Participant's account;
- vi. the residential address registered to the Participant's account.
- vii. Include the following handwritten statement on the 4" x 6" index card: "Sweepstakes Entry! I wish to receive Sweeps Cash to participate in the [Insert Month of Sweepstakes Contest] Sweepstakes Contest offered by Apollo Sweepstakes. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules."
- viii. Immediately beneath the handwritten statement, the Participant must (1) sign the index card and (2) write the date of signature in MM/DD/YYYY format.
All information listed above must be handwritten. Typed, printed, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, incomplete, or illegible entries will be void. The legibility of a Participant's handwriting shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
- d. For the avoidance of doubt, a new and unique AMOE Code is required for each mail-in submission. AMOE Codes may be requested no more than once per twenty-four (24) hour period and will expire after the time period displayed in the Participant's account. Sponsor reserves the right to determine code validity in its sole discretion. Expired codes, reused codes, or codes not associated with the submitting Participant's account will render the entry void. Only one (1) mail-in submission is permitted per outer envelope, and multiple entries contained in a single envelope will be void. Processing and review of mail-in entries may take varying amounts of time depending on volume and verification requirements, and Sponsor does not guarantee processing timelines. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, disqualify, delay, or invalidate any mail-in entry that does not strictly comply with these Official Rules.
- e. A valid AMOE Code may only be used by the Participant whose account generated that code. Any Participant suspected by Sponsor of directly or indirectly providing a code to another individual may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
- f. The Mail-In Entry will result in the issuance of five (5) Sweepstakes Coins per approved mail-in request. Subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes Coins will be added to the Participant's User Account.
- g. Sweepstakes Coins issued via AMOE are subject to the same playthrough requirement applicable to all other Sweepstakes Coins, as set forth in Section 7 of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, adjust, increase, decrease, or eliminate this playthrough requirement at any time.
Sweepstakes Coins may be forfeited if a participant's User Account is closed for any reason, including at the Sponsor's discretion.
7. Using Sweepstakes Coins to Play Games
Entrant must be the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address used in connection with the Entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Participants with Sweepstakes Coins can use their Sweepstakes Coins to play sweepstakes games on the Platform for a chance to win additional Sweepstakes Coins. Sweepstakes Coins accumulated through game play can be redeemed for cash and prizes of monetary value in accordance with these Rules.
Only games played with Sweepstakes Coins provide the opportunity to win additional Sweepstakes Coins that may be redeemed for cash and prizes subject to these Rules.
Sweepstakes Coins that have been won through game play (rather than collected using one of the methods described in Section 6 above) and are accumulated by Participant may be redeemed for a prize, subject to maximum and minimum prize redemption amounts stated in these Official Rules. Sweepstakes Coins possess no real monetary value and may only be used to request a prize redemption to be approved and processed by the Sponsor. Approval is subject to participant completing all verifications to confirm eligibility and adherence to all Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Use of the Platform.
The use of automated or systematic methods of play to win and/or redeem Sweepstakes Coins for cash and prizes is strictly prohibited. Utilizing methods such as utilizing multiple accounts and identities and other collusive methods are not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of Sweepstakes Coins, in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes, the game and the amount of winnings are final and binding.
Sweepstakes Coins obtained by any method described in Section 6, including standard Sweepstakes Coins, Bonus Sweepstakes Coins ("Bonus SC"), and Sweepstakes Coins issued via the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE), are not immediately eligible for Prize redemption and must satisfy the applicable playthrough requirement prior to becoming eligible for a Prize redemption request. All Sweepstakes Coins, regardless of source, are subject to a playthrough requirement of two (2x) times the amount of such Sweepstakes Coins. Different Games and Game types may contribute different percentages toward satisfying the playthrough requirement. For example, if a Game contributes 100% toward playthrough, each Sweepstakes Coin wagered on that Game will count fully (1.00 of 1.00) toward the playthrough requirement, while a Game that contributes a lower percentage will count proportionally less (for example, a Game contributing 75% would count 0.75 of 1.00 per Sweepstakes Coin wagered). The contribution percentage applicable to any Game or Game type is subject to change at any time at Sponsor's sole discretion, without prior notice. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, adjust, increase, decrease, or eliminate any playthrough requirement, and to modify the contribution percentage of any Game or Game type, at any time. If You have questions regarding the contribution of a specific Game toward playthrough, You may contact customer support at support@playslotsmobile.com.
8. Verification & Confirmation of Potential Winners
POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR/PROMOTER (IN ANY MANNER IT MAY CHOOSE) AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ONLINE SCREEN INDICATES THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE PARTICIPANT HAS FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR/PROMOTER WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
Participants may be required to successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") Verification process provided by the Sponsor to validate eligibility to participate before redeeming any Prize. This may include, but is not limited to, providing proof of a valid government-issued photo identification, biometric facial scan recognition, proof of address, and validation of SSN.
Prior to processing a participant's first redemption, Sponsor will collect the participant's full Social Security Number (or national ID, as applicable) and require the participant to complete a taxpayer certification confirming, under penalties of perjury, that all information provided is true, complete, and correct. Sponsor will verify that the Social Security Number or national ID provided corresponds to the participant's verified identity. A redemption will be processed only after such verification is completed to Sponsor's satisfaction and only where Sponsor identifies no issues relating to fraud, platform abuse, use of another person's identity, or any other violation of these Official Rules or the Terms of Use. Tax certification and reporting obligations apply to U.S. persons; non-U.S. persons may be required to provide additional information or documentation.
Potential prize winners must comply with these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return any required affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with these Official Rules, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the Prize.
9. Prizes and Prize Redemption
The right to receive a Prize cannot be transferred or assigned.
The Prize is subject to availability, and if the Prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater retail value. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All purchases of Gold Coins are final and non-refundable as set forth in the Terms of Use, and no purchase will be refunded in lieu of, or as a substitute for, any prize redemption.
Sponsor reserves the right to charge handling and/or payment processing fees for processing the redemption of Prizes.
Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize. Each winner agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor may be required to withhold and remit a portion of Prize value to comply with applicable tax laws. Each winner also agrees to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or any other information Sponsor may require in connection with applicable tax reporting or withholding requirements or other laws or regulations.
Tax Forms and Reporting. For winners who receive aggregate prize redemptions of $600 or more in any calendar year, Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC (or such other form as may be required by applicable law) reporting the value of such redemptions to the Internal Revenue Service and to the winner. For participants in any Sponsor affiliate, referral, or partner program who receive aggregate compensation of $600 or more in any calendar year, Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-NEC (or such other form as may be required by applicable law). All tax forms will be issued no later than January 31 of the year following the applicable tax year (or such other date as required by law) and will be made available within the winner's User Account settings under a designated tax documents section. By participating in the Sweepstakes, winners consent to electronic delivery of all tax forms via the User Account and acknowledge that Sponsor is not required to provide paper copies or to deliver tax forms by email or postal mail. It is the winner's sole responsibility to log in to the User Account, access tax documents in a timely manner, and retain copies for the winner's records. Sponsor is not responsible for any consequences arising from the winner's failure to access tax documents, including any delay caused by loss of access to the User Account, and Sponsor is not responsible for any delay attributable to a third-party tax-form preparation or delivery vendor. Failure to timely provide accurate taxpayer identification information when requested may result in suspension of redemptions, backup withholding as required by applicable law, and termination of the User Account. Nothing in these Official Rules or any communication from Sponsor constitutes tax advice; winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of any redemption.
All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the winner.
You acknowledge and agree that in some circumstances it may take up to 30 days to process the payment of any redeemed Prizes to you. Redemption of prizes may experience delays due to our identity verification process. Prizes may require a longer processing time than usual due to security and fraud checks and may also be allocated in more than one equivalent lump sum. We make our best efforts to process requests within the quoted amount of time but do not guarantee processing times for prizes.
We will only process one (1) prize redemption request per User Account per twenty-four (24) hour period.
The minimum redemption amount is 100 or more SC Redeemable Balance. Redemption requests must satisfy the applicable playthrough requirement prior to submission. All Sweepstakes Coins, regardless of source (including standard Sweepstakes Coins, Bonus Sweepstakes Coins, and Sweepstakes Coins issued via the Alternative Method of Entry), are subject to a two (2x) playthrough requirement, subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion as set forth in Section 7. The maximum daily redemption limit is 9,500 SC per twenty-four (24) hour period, and only one (1) redemption request is permitted per User Account per twenty-four (24) hour period. There is a 5,000 SC maximum win per spin, and any amount exceeding 5,000 SC per spin is void. The maximum value of any single redemption request in Florida is limited to USD $5,000 in accordance with Florida law.
You acknowledge and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, from time to time, appoint one or more payment administration agents to accept payments from players on our behalf. A payment administration agent will have the same rights, powers and privileges that we have under the Terms and these Official Rules and will be entitled to exercise or enforce their rights, powers and privileges as our agent or in their own name. In no event shall we be liable to any player for any loss, damage or liability resulting from the payment administration agent's negligence and/or acts beyond the authority given by us.
If we mistakenly credit your User Account at any time with Sweepstakes Coins that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error, human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Sponsor and will be deducted from your User Account. If you have been issued a Prize that does not belong to you, the value of the mistakenly issued Prize will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify customer support at support@playslotsmobile.com. Sponsor, at all times, reserves the right to deduct Sweepstakes Coins from your User Account or otherwise charge or adjust your account to correct errors.
It is your responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and these Official Rules as updated from time to time.
Redemption Methods. Redemption methods currently offered on the Platform are limited to (a) debit card transfers to eligible Visa or Mastercard debit cards and (b) ACH transfer to a U.S.-domiciled bank account. Available redemption methods, supported card networks, supported financial institutions, payment processors, processing times, minimum and maximum redemption amounts, fees, and any other redemption parameters are subject to change at any time at Sponsor's sole discretion, without prior notice. Redemptions will only be processed using the methods then-currently offered on the Platform.
Card Redemption Restrictions. Where a participant elects to redeem to a card, the card must be: (a) a personal debit card issued on the Visa or Mastercard network; (b) issued in the participant's own legal name, matching the name on the User Account; (c) currently valid, active, and not expired; and (d) capable of receiving electronic transfers. Credit cards, business cards, corporate cards, prepaid cards, gift cards, virtual cards, and cards issued on networks other than Visa or Mastercard are not eligible for redemption. It is the participant's sole responsibility to ensure that the card designated for redemption satisfies all of these requirements.
Bank Account Redemption Restrictions. Where a participant elects to redeem via ACH, the bank account must be: (a) a U.S.-domiciled bank account; (b) held in the participant's own legal name, matching the name on the User Account; and (c) capable of receiving ACH deposits. Business accounts, trust accounts, and accounts not held in the participant's name are not eligible for redemption.
Use of Another Person's Payment Method Strictly Prohibited. Participants may not, under any circumstances, attempt to redeem to a card, bank account, or any other payment method that is not held in the participant's own legal name. Use of a payment method belonging to a spouse, family member, friend, business, employer, or any other person or entity is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud against Sponsor. Any attempt to redeem using a third-party payment method will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the User Account, forfeiture of all Sweepstakes Coins, Gold Coins, pending redemptions, and balances of any kind, and may result in referral to law enforcement and civil legal action. The identity verification information a participant provides (including the last four digits of social security number or national ID) must correspond to the participant personally and to no other person.
Participant Responsibility for Accuracy of Redemption Information. Each participant bears sole and exclusive responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all information entered in connection with any redemption request, including but not limited to card number, card expiration date, account number, routing number, and the last four digits of social security number or national ID. Sponsor is not responsible for, and shall have no liability for, any redemption that is delayed, rejected, returned, misdirected, or sent to an incorrect recipient as a result of any inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information entered by the participant. Once a redemption has been successfully transmitted to the destination provided by the participant, Sponsor's obligation with respect to that redemption is fully discharged, regardless of whether the funds reach the participant. ACH redemptions and debit card transfers cannot be reversed or recalled by Sponsor once transmitted. Participants waive any claim against Sponsor for funds sent to an incorrect card, account, or recipient resulting from information the participant provided.
Failed or Rejected Redemptions. If a redemption fails or is rejected by the receiving financial institution or payment network for any reason — including but not limited to invalid card number, expired card, inactive card, never-activated card, business or non-eligible card, name mismatch, closed bank account, invalid routing or account number, fraud flags raised by the receiving institution, or participant error — the redemption may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, be returned to the participant's User Account balance, or held pending further verification. Sponsor bears no liability for any delay, inconvenience, or consequence arising from a failed or rejected redemption caused by participant error, an ineligible payment method, or actions of the receiving financial institution. Participants may be required to complete additional verification before any failed redemption is reattempted.
Claims of Non-Receipt. All claims that a successfully transmitted redemption was not received must be submitted in writing to support@playslotsmobile.com and must include the redemption transaction details, the date of the redemption, and the payment method used. Sponsor's obligation in response to any non-receipt claim is limited to investigating the matter with the relevant payment processor or financial institution. Sponsor is under no obligation to issue a duplicate or replacement payment, and any decision to do so is at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, contingent upon Sponsor's confirmation, through documentation acceptable to Sponsor in its sole discretion, that the original transmission was not received by the intended recipient. A bare assertion of non-receipt, without supporting documentation, is insufficient. If Sponsor's investigation confirms that funds were transmitted to the destination provided by the participant, Sponsor's obligation is fully discharged regardless of whether the participant ultimately received the funds, and no duplicate payment will be issued. Claims of non-receipt must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the redemption transmission date; claims submitted after this period shall be deemed waived and Sponsor shall have no obligation to investigate.
10. Disputes
Section 17 of the Terms (Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement) is incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. By agreeing to these Official Rules, you agree to be bound by Section 17 of the Terms.
11. Entry Conditions & Release
By participating, each Participant agrees to:

(a) comply with and be bound by:
- i. the Terms of Use, including without limitation, any ethical provisions as set forth in the Terms of Use;
- ii. these Official Rules; and
- iii. the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final.
- (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor/Promoter and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a Participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prizes (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, and exploitation or use of entry.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, the winner hereby grants Sponsor and its representatives an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and sub-licensable right and license to use, distribute, and publicly display the winner's name, the contents of any posts and information about the Prize award, in any way, at any time, in any and all media, including without limitation, for use in advertising and marketing, without any additional approval or consideration. By accepting a Prize, the winner represents and warrants that he or she has the right to grant the foregoing license.
13. Damages and Disqualification
Sponsor may actively seek damages from any person acting in bad faith to undermine the legitimate function of the Sweepstakes to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes if you violate these Official Rules or our Terms of Use.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In all other cases, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes. Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension, and/or modification will be posted on the Platform.
14. General Terms
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, or any part of the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Any notice regarding cancellation, suspension and/or modification will be posted by Sponsor on the Website. In the event of modifying the sweepstakes, a participant's continued enrollment and/or participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Any Participant posting or seen to be posting comments on Sponsor's social media pages or elsewhere during the course of the Sweepstakes that are considered bullying, spiteful, or upsetting to other participants or any other user of the Platform, or directly aimed at Sponsor, will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to alert the operators of any social media sites to any such behavior.
15. Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of entrants and the winner, and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
16. Privacy
Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor and its designees for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://app.playslotsmobile.com/privacy-policy.
17. Winners List
For a list of the winners, send an email to support@playslotsmobile.com with "Winners List Request" in the subject line. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
